Yes. Villa Verdejo can be reserved as an exclusive private estate, giving guests full and exclusive access to the property and all its facilities.

Yes. Guests can book an individual residence, including the Loft Penthouse, Luxury Apartment or Deluxe Apartment.

Each residence has its own private entrance, kitchen, living area and bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms.

Yes. Every bedroom at Villa Verdejo has its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy, comfort and independence for all guests.

The property can accommodate up to 26 guests, according to the current accommodation setup.
Guests booking the entire villa have exclusive access to the property’s facilities, including:

Yes. Guests staying in an individual residence can reserve the Spa & Wellness for private use.

The Spa is never shared with other guests during a reserved session.

The current price is €100 per person for a private 2-hour Spa session, with a maximum of 6 people per booking.

Yes. Guests booking the entire villa enjoy complimentary access to the Spa & Wellness facilities during their stay.
 
The maximum capacity is 6 people using the Spa at the same time.
Yes. Treatments can be booked as standalone services.
 
Guests who book a Spa session or other wellness experience can also add treatments to their reservation.

Yes. Villa Verdejo offers a limited Weekend Pool & Wellness Pass for non-resident guests, subject to availability and advance reservation.

The pass includes access to the Spa & Wellness, swimming pool, plunge pool, sun terrace, Fitness Centre and selected amenities.

Current price: €150 per person.

Yes. Villa Verdejo is designed to host private events, celebrations, weddings, corporate retreats and other special occasions.

The last Spa reservation starts at 19:00.

The pool area operates daily from 09:00 – 22:00.

The lower plunge pool zone & Wellness area operates as a clothing-optional environment.

Guests are expected to respect the privacy, comfort and personal preferences of others at all times.

Yes. Advance reservations are required for private Spa sessions and wellness experiences.

Availability is limited to ensure privacy and a high-quality experience.

For direct accommodation bookings, guests can receive:

  • 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival
  • 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival

For bookings made through third-party platforms, the applicable platform policy applies.

For Spa & Wellness bookings, cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
